 Paula Church, founder of Paula's Pepper Jelly is a spunky 5' tall Italian girl who has been making award-winning pepper jellies in Mountlake Terrace, Washington since 1997.
Paula started making delicious pepper jellies in her kitchen using all natural ingredients only found in the Pacific Northwest.
In the beginning she gave her jellies as gifts to family and friends then sold her jellies at fairs and school bazaars.
The demand for Paula's Jellies was amazing, she then knew she had to find a manufacture.
Within the last 10 years Paula has attended many Fiery Food Shows and developed many wonderful friendships. Many of Paula's products that she carries on her web site is a direct result of these fabulous relationships.
