All individual prices are quoted exclusive of sales tax and
shipping charges. Prices are subject to changes, and we reserve the right to
modify our prices in compliance with price changes from our suppliers.
Paula's Pepper Jelly reserves the right to cancel orders or
postpone the time of delivery in the case of significant price changes or
delivery failure from our suppliers. All times of delivery provided by us are to
be considered conditional, unless individually confirmed by Paula's Pepper
Jelly.
Delivery time set in days means business (working) days.
Any price changes taking effect after an order is submitted
will not be backdated. We take reservation for possible typographical errors and
omissions.

Return Policy
If a jar of jelly is accidentally broken in shipment we will
gladly send you a replacement at no charge. Please inform us by e-mail within 48
hours of any amage.
Incorrectly ordered items cannot be returned for a refund.
