Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ��
  • 1/4 Cup flour
  • 2 cups of milk

Preparation

Put the butter in a frying pan on low-medium heat.

After butter is melted gently add flour, mixing well at the same time..

Lightly brown the flour then add warm milk taking great care to avoid any flour lumps..

Mix well for a few minutes until cream becomes homogeneous.

In Italy this Besciamella Cream is commonly used in lasagna recipe's..
