- 2 lbs Chicken breast (cut up into bite size pieces)
- 1 small yellow squash
- 1 small Zucchini
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 1 white onion
- 1 tbsp Garlic Salt�
- 1/4 Cup Taco Seasoning�
- 1 can Pineapple (drained)
- Paula�s Pepper Jelly (any heat)
- 6 Skewers

Cut all Vegetable into approx. 2" pieces.
Put Garlic Salt and Taco seasoning into a gallon size Ziplock bag and add chicken pieces.
Shake bag to cover chicken in seasoning. Add chicken, Vegetables and Pineapple chunks to Skewers.
Warm Jelly in microwave and baste Kabobs every few minutes as you cook over BBQ. (I wrap the kabobs in foil for the first 5 minutes of the cooking time.)
