- 2 Chicken breasts (pounded thin before BBQ)�
- 2 Hamburger buns�
- 1 medium red onion�
- 1 Avocado�
- 2 tablespoons mustard and Mayonnaise�
- 2 tablespoons Paula's Pepper Jelly (any heat)
- 2 slices Swiss cheese

BBQ Chicken or bake in the oven with desired seasonings.
Toast hamburger buns in oven at 350 degrees for approx.
10 minutes then place a slice of Swiss cheese on top of bun and cook until melted.�
Add condiments, onion, avocado, and chicken to one side of bun and spread Paula's Pepper jelly on the other.�
