Ingredients

  • 4 Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1/4 cup reduced sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 4 Tablespoons Chili Sauce
  • 1-1/2 tsp. ground Ginger
  • 1/4 cup Paula's Pepper Jelly Mild
  • 1 (15-1/4oz) can drained Sliced Peaches

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Put Chicken in a 9x13 baking dish. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl and pour over chicken.

Cover with foil and bake for approx. 30 minutes turning chicken once. Enjoy!
