Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken breast (cut up into 2� pieces)
  • 1 teas Lawry�s seasoning
  • 1 teas Garlic salt
  • � teas Black pepper
  • � teas salt
  • � cup butter
  • Paula�s Pepper Jelly (I prefer the Mild)

Preparation

Melt butter in a frying pan on low heat.

Add chicken and seasonings.�

Simmer until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in Paula�s Pepper Jelly and simmer for about 30 minutes.�

Serve over white rice. Enjoy! Serves 4. �
