- 2 lbs King Salmon�
- 1 teas Fresh Chopped Dill�
- 1 teas Johnny's Seafood seasoning�
- � teas salt and pepper�
- 1 small-medium onion- sliced thin�
- 1 lemon- sliced thin�
- Hot Paula's Pepper Jelly

Rinse salmon and place on heavy duty foil.�
Sprinkle all seasonings on salmon.�
Place onion and lemon slices on top of salmon and bake at 350 degrees for approx. 20 minutes.�
You may BBQ the salmon for a smoked flavor.�
After baking remove onions and lemon.�
Melt Paula's Pepper Jelly in your microwave for approx. 2 minutes.�
Pour jelly over salmon.
