- 20 raw Tiger Shrimp�
- 1 cup Flour�
- 1/4 teas crushed Red Pepper Flakes�
- 1/4 teas Salt and Pepper�
- 2 tbsp shredded fresh Garlic�
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil�
- 1 tbsp Butter�
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped Parsley�
- 1/2 cup Paula's Pepper Jelly (any heat) I prefer Habanaro Hot

Rinse Shrimp. Put Butter, Olive Oil and shredded Garlic in a frying pan on medium heat.
Put Flour in a gallon size ziplock bag; add Shrimp.
Shake bag gently to toss flour onto Shrimp.
Put Shrimp in frying pan. Add Salt, Pepper and crushed red pepper flakes. Cook Shrimp for approx. 7 minutes on each side. Sprinkle Shrimp with fresh Parsley.
Melt Paula's Pepper Jelly in the microwave for approx. 1 minute. Set jelly in the middle of a plate and place shrimp around it.
