Sprinkle clean Pork Chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
Put flour and oats in the gallon size plastic baggy.
Heat olive oil and butter in a large frying pan on medium heat.
Put one pork chop in the baggy at a time and gently shake to coat chops then place pork chops in frying pan, sprinkle with Johnny's seasoning and fry on medium heat until golden brown.
Put pork chops in a large baking dish. Heat Pepper Jelly in microwave for approx. 1 minute, 30 seconds at a time, stirring each time until jelly forms a liquid. Pour into a medium size bowl and add BBQ sauce, stir and pour over chops.
Cover completely with foil and bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes.
Don't over bake or you will dry out your pork chops. You will have a wonderfully tasty sweet sauce in the bottom of the baking dish to pour over your chops of you like!
Enjoy!
