- 1 pound lean Ground Beef- cook and drain fat
- 1- 8oz box Zatarain�s New Orleans style red beans and rice - prepared
- 12oz package Spaghetti noodles- cooked, rinsed and drained
- 2- 26oz cans Hunt�s four cheese spaghetti sauce
- Hot or Habanero Hot Paula�s Pepper Jelly- melt in microwave to liquify
- 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese

Prepare ground beef, red beans and rice and noodles.
Add all ingredients except cheese in a large bowl, stir together then pour into a large 9�x 13� casserole baking dish.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of spaghetti, cover with foil and bake for approx. 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with garlic bread and green beans.
This is a wonderfully tasty dish! Makes great leftovers too!
