- 4 Green bell peppers � cut tops off and clean inside completely
- 8oz sharp white cheddar cheese � cut into 2�x �� slices
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- � teaspoon salt and pepper
- 6oz Hunts tomato paste
- 1 medium white onion � chopped fine
- � cup Habanero Hot Paula�s Pepper Jelly

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix ground beef, salt and pepper, pepper jelly, tomato paste and onion in mixer.
Fill bell peppers with hamburger mixture 1/2:� from the top of the peppers.
Push a slice of cheddar cheese in the center of the pepper and cover with hamburger mixture.
Bake stuffed green peppers on a cookie sheet for approx. 30 minutes.
