- 16 LB Turkey
- Salt and Pepper
- 2-15.5oz Paula�s Pepper Jelly (hot or mild)
- 1 cup water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare Turkey and put in roasting pan.
Sprinkle all of turkey generously with salt and pepper.
Heat both jars of pepper jelly in microwave until it becomes a liquid.
Pour jelly over turkey and inside chest cavity.
Add the one cup of water to the bottom of the roasting pan.
Cover turkey very well with foil.
Baste turkey with Pepper jelly sauce every 15 minutes until turkey is done,
keep the turkey covered with foil to lock in its juices after basting.
Your turkey will be so moist and delicious!
After you have carved the turkey and placed it on your plate you can drizzle some of the pepper jelly sauce over your turkey �� yummy!
