- 4 slices of ham - approx. 1/4" thick�
- 1 tablespoon butter�
- besciamella cream�recipe
- 7 oz. soft cheese�(any Italian one, it's up to your personal taste, I like Fontina or Taleggio)
- Mild Paula�s Pepper Jelly

Cook ham slices in a pan with butter (keeping ham soft).
Meanwhile prepare besciamella cream, add cheese and, at the end, Paula�s Pepper Jelly. Mix well for a few minutes until cream becomes homogeneous.
Put the ham slices on a serving platter.�
Pour the enriched Besciamella cream on the top of Ham.
Warm Paula's Pepper Jelly in microwave for approx. 1 minute and pour it over the white cream.�
Serve warm. Enjoy! Serves 4. �
