- 12 lettuce leaves
- 12 slices of bacon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon raisin
- 2 tablespoon Pine nuts

Clean lettuce leaves very well.
Prepare all 12 lettuce roulade's by laying a piece of lettuce on a plate and setting a piece of bacon on top, then roll up.
Put olive oil in a frying pan on low heat. Add raisins, pine nuts, honey and Paula's Pepper Jelly. Then add lettuce roulades, cooking gently for about 15 minutes.
Put the lettuce roulades on a serving plate. Pour the raisins, pine nuts, honey and pepper jelly sauce over lettuce roulades.
Serve warm. Enjoy! 4 servings.
